Female audiences have reason to rejoice in Northern Virginia this February with the regional premiere of the NextStop Theatre Company's production of "Love, Loss, and What I Wore." This show, from the writers of "Sleepless in Seattle," "You've Got Mail," and "When Harry Met Sally," brings the power of women together to share their stories through fashion.

Proving that a great show is always in fashion, Love, Loss and What I Wore is a play written by Nora and Delia Ephron based on the 1995 book of the same name by Ilene Beckerman. With its intimate collection of monologues, the show uses clothing and accessories and the memories they trigger to tell funny and poignant stories that all women can relate to. Directed by Karen Carpenter, the actresses sit side-by-side with script in-hand, deftly guiding the audience through an evening if humor, nostalgia and, of course, fashion.

Two Muses Theatre presents Love, Loss and What I Wore by famous screenwriter sisters, Nora Ephron and Delia Ephron. The show will be performed with a unique cast each weekend, headed up by a different local celebrity, today, May 30 through June 15.

NextStop Theatre Company has announced the line up for their 2014/15 main stage season. The second season for the DC area's most talked about new theatre company features an eclectic mixture of titles that includes a contemporary comedy, a period drama, two musicals, a long running Off-Broadway hit, and a regional premiere.

City Circle Acting Company of Coralville will present Nora and Delia Ephron's play Love, Loss and What I Wore on February 14-16 at the Coralville Center for the Performing Arts. Performances are tonight and tomorrow, February 14 and 15 at 7:30 pm and February 16 at 2:00 pm. The show is directed by Meg Dobbs. Set design and decoration is by The Luxe Zone of Coralville.

Love, Loss, and What I Wore, by Nora and Delia Ephron and based on the book by Ilene Beckerman, explores the emotional attachment that women make with clothing in their lives.

The immortal words of Nora Ephron are brought to life, amongst racks of clothes and reminiscences of favorite shoes, at the Ivoryton Playhouse - February 21st, 22nd, and 23rd.

Love, Loss, and What I Wore was awarded the 2010 Drama Desk Award for Unique Theatrical Experience, and Trustus Theatre is guaranteeing patrons a distinctive production as the show makes its Midlands premiere in the Richard and Debbie Cohn Trustus Side Door Theatre. This piece by Nora and Delia Ephron features five actresses exploring women's clothing as well as the heart, soul, and recollections that are sewn into the clothes we wear throughout our lives. This first show of 2014 is under the direction of Trustus Managing Director Larry Hembree, and opens in the Trustus Side Door Theatre tonight, January 3rd at 8:00pm.
