Known for her vulnerable and empowering music, New York City singer-songwriter Keren Abreu makes her theatrical debut this year in the 2018 New York International Fringe Festival (FringeNYC)!

Northwestern University's strengths in music theater development will be celebrated over the summer when 14 of the nation's most promising songwriters perform in concert and a new musical inspired by the life of legendary Notre Dame football coach Knute Rockne receives a full production with a cast of 23 professional and student actors.

Adrian Lester stars opposite John Simm in new psychological thriller Trauma, as - respectively - a top surgeon and the father of a boy who dies after an unsuccessful operation, and who holds the surgeon responsible. Following a hit run on ITV, Trauma premieres in the US on BritBox tomorrow.

Rocking Horse Studio helps ring in the holidays in style when it returns to the Spotlight Cafe at the historic Capitol Center for the Arts in Downtown for Christmas shows on Today, December 16 and Saturday, December 17.  Tickets for both performances are currently on sale at $20.  A portion of the proceeds from this performance will be donated to New Hampshire charities.

GLAAD, the world's lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) media advocacy organization, honored Robert De Niro, Mariah Carey, and the best in film, television, and journalism at the 27th Annual GLAAD Media Awards at the Waldorf Astoria New York on Saturday. Jennifer Lawrence, Aziz Ansari, Connie Britton, Diane Sawyer, Caitlyn Jenner, Tamron Hall, Noah Galvin, Andrew Rannells, Andreja Peji?, and Jason Biggs were among the special guests. Recording artists Alex Newell and Bebe Rexha, as well as the Tony Award-winning Broadway musical Fun Home performed at the event hosted by Emmy Award-winning actress Laverne Cox. The 27th Annual GLAAD Media Awards are presented by Delta Air Lines, Hilton, Ketel One Vodka, and Wells Fargo.

Former Push Stars front man Chris Trapper comes to Concord for an intimate performance at the Capitol Center for the Arts' Spotlight Café tonight, September 12, at 8pm.
