Cockpit Continues 40th Season with SUNSET BOULEVARD, LAURA and DR. DOLITTLE

Cockpit's 40th Season has been a big hit and it's not over yet. Whether you're in the mood for a musical, drama, or a fun show for the whole family, Cockpit in Court continues the season with Sunset Boulevard, Laura and Dr. Dolittle. See more details below!

Sunset Boulevard

Based on Billy Wilder's classic noir masterpiece, Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical delivers all the passion and drama of Norma Desmond's ill-fated attempt to return to the glamour of her Hollywood career. Winner of seven Tony Awards, including Best Musical, this production will make you feel "As If We Never Said Goodbye."

Sunset Boulevard runs July 20, 21, 22, 27, 28, 29, August 2, 3, 4, and 5 on the Mainstage at CCBC Essex, B Building.

Laura

When Mark McPherson is assigned to investigate a murder, he hardly expects to find himself in an impossible situation - falling in love with the beautiful victim of the murder. Her portrait, her home, her personal effects, offer him tantalizing clues about the reality of this mysterious woman, but is she truly gone? Or is there a deeper mystery afoot?

Laura runs July 27, 28, 29, August 3, 4, and 5 in the Cabaret Theatre upstairs at CCBC Essex B Building.

Court Jesters Young People's Theatre presenting Dr. Dolittle

"If I Could Talk to the Animals" I'd tell them all to come out for this family musical. Featuring all the fine and furry friends you remember from the film classic, this Court Jesters production brings to life the beloved stories by Hugh Lofting about Doctor Dolittle, the kind doctor who learns to talk to the animals.

Dr. Dolittle runs July 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22 at CCBC Essex, J Building Lecture Hall.
